Yes. If you cancel before any work has begun on your draft, your payment is refunded in full — no questions asked.

Once a draft has been produced, the upfront fee (One-Time Build or Build + Care) is non-refundable, since the work has already been done. That's balanced by unlimited reasonable revisions on that draft before it's considered final — nothing launches until you're happy with it.

Email or call any time — there's no lock-in contract. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Partial months already paid aren't refunded, but you won't be billed again after that period ends.

Nothing goes live until you've reviewed it and asked for changes. Reasonable revisions before launch are included in both plans — they're not billed as extra.

The 24-hour target depends on your content being ready when payment is made. If a delay is on our end rather than waiting on content from you, reach out directly and we'll work out a fair resolution.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe, the same secure processor used to take the payment.
